Produced in the 1950s by the renowned German manufacturer WMF, this glass vase was designed by Bauhaus-trained designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld.

This vintage glass vase features a beautiful smoky brown gradation. The upper section has a soft translucent light tone, gradually deepening toward the base into a rich brown shade that creates layered depth and subtle shadow depending on the light.

Its form flows seamlessly from a rounded body into a gently narrowing neck, creating a refined and uncluttered silhouette. Within the restrained simplicity of the design, the thickness of the glass and the layering of color become particularly expressive. Supported by a slender stem and circular foot, the structure maintains both stability and a graceful visual rhythm. Slightly darker accents visible around the rim and foot subtly sharpen the overall composition.
