The “mummy” of our leather teddy bear range. Makes a fabulous gift for those teddy bear collectors amongst us. The teddy bear is made with our trademark cowhide leather which is quite thick (1.4/1.6mm) and gives the bear a feeling of substance. The body is filled firmly with wood-wool, a traditional filling for teddy bears, and hand-worked to give its shape. The eyes are made from “knots” of leather and the nose and paws are top stitched to create the effect. The leather is “unfinished” ie it has not been coated, filled or embossed in any way. It is left to develop natural scuff marks reflecting the wear and tear of life.

ATTENTION
The leather used by OMERSA embraces the wrinkles and scratches inherent in natural materials as unique characteristics. Instead of acrylic coating, we finish the surface to bring out its natural expression. Therefore, wrinkles and scratches will be present on the product as part of its natural appearance.
With use and over time, the color will deepen and gain luster, and scratches and wrinkles will become unique characteristics of the owner.
As the surface is not coated, there is a possibility of color transfer.
Please be very careful. Also, as it is very sensitive to moisture, if it gets wet or has moisture on it, please gently wipe it off with an unnecessary cloth.
Preparation for color loss repair: Use a water-based, permanent repair agent.
Wipe off any dirt with a cloth soaked in lukewarm water.
