For deliveries within Japan, we use Sagawa Express. For international deliveries, we use DHL.
*You cannot specify a shipping carrier.
*We do not offer shipping to a carrier's business office for pickup.

About Specifying Delivery Time Slot

*Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date for shipping.

*Deliveries to Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa, and other remote islands or distant areas may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you are not present on the delivery day, the delivery company will leave a missed delivery notice and temporarily return the item.
Please contact the number written on the missed delivery notice to request redelivery.

About Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are generally not accepted, except in cases where the product has not been delivered 5 days after shipping.
We appreciate your understanding.

Returns/Exchanges

We pay close attention to the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event of any of the following issues during delivery,
we will accept returns/exchanges at our expense.

・If the product is damaged/stained
・If a product different from your order is delivered

If you wish to return or exchange a product for any of the above reasons, please contact us within 8 days of product arrival at the contact information below.
We will contact you by email or phone at the contact information provided during your order.
In such cases, we kindly ask that you keep the product in its original packaging.
However, if an exchange is not possible due to being sold out, etc., we will refund the product price and shipping fee.
For customers who paid by cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee will also be refunded.

Additionally, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

・Products for which 8 days or more have passed since arrival
・Products that have been used by the customer
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
・If accessories such as the product box, tags, or instruction manual are soiled, damaged, or lost

All products handled by our store meet the manufacturer's quality standards and also the inspection standards of authorized domestic distributors. We conduct transactions with the understanding that minor scratches, scuffs, dents, and black spots that are unavoidable during manufacturing are considered acceptable goods, therefore, returns or exchanges based on these reasons cannot be accepted. We ship via EMS and the shipping fee varies depending on the actual product qty and the destination country (shipping address).
