Material: Ceramic

A vintage ceramic vase from the 1960s-1970s, believed to be made in the Haldensleben region of Germany. This piece features a striking design with a tall, rising neck, a stable cylindrical body, and regular horizontal relief decorations covering the torso.

The olive green glaze creates gradations of light and dark along the lines of the relief, with hints of earthy brown peeking through in places. The upper part features a gradient from reddish-brown to pale beige, offering a warm and deep expression characteristic of West German ceramics from the 1970s.

Despite its decorative nature, the overall form is elegant, and it doesn't overpower the space when flowers are arranged in it, blending in naturally. It also makes a strong statement when displayed as a standalone object and pairs well with mid-century, Scandinavian, and vintage modern interiors.

Although no maker's mark can be confirmed, this vase is highly recommended as a vintage piece with excellent design that reflects the German ceramic culture of its era.

This is a good vintage item with no cracks, chips, or flakes, but being a vintage item from the 1960s-1970s, it may show signs of age such as scuffs, minor scratches, and uneven glaze. Please understand this as part of its charm when purchasing.

*Since vintage items are old, please understand that they are pre-owned when purchasing. Also, due to the porous nature of ceramic material, there is a possibility of water leakage due to aging. We recommend using it for decorative purposes.

*We strive to make product photos as close to the actual color as possible, but please understand that the actual product's color may differ.
