10exture x SEDITIONARIES
10exture SEDS×ROBOT KILLER WHITE
A word coined by 10exture: texture. Tex is an abbreviation of texture, with the Latin "textus" (textile) as its etymology, and is also a unit representing the thickness of a fiber thread. Texture is derived from the meaning of the fabric of textiles, further extending to the feel and texture of natural objects such as trees and stones, and the superficial sensation. It encompasses the meaning of the organization and structure that constitutes this feel, and abstractly refers to the material feel of the surface. This is a product design and apparel design label that focuses on "fabric," the main material that brings important "material feel" to design.
This time, we have partnered with A Store Robot, which has a 35-year history in Harajuku, to develop the original line of "SEDITIONARIES," which Malcolm McLaren and Vivienne Westwood started in 1976. A Store Robot's SEDITIONARIES has been produced for 30 years, being the only one in the world supervised by Malcolm McLaren himself. 10exture updates the sizing and texture based on the brand's concept.
The collection of T-shirts focused on fabric and sizing. While incorporating vintage elements, we adopted an inlay knit fabric characterized by a unique surface feel to create a sense of texture. Furthermore, it is made with a single-sided floating knit, giving it a back-pile-like appearance. It offers a dry touch and a luxurious feel. While maintaining this, it has a good amount of the vintage inlay's roughness, which gets even better when the print and saturation are applied. The size was finished with a relaxed silhouette. The placement of the name is based on the original.

The T-shirt collection focused on fabric and sizing. While incorporating vintage elements, we adopted an inlay knit fabric characterized by a unique surface feel to give it a rich texture. Furthermore, by making it a single-sided floating knit, it has a back-pile-like appearance. It has a dry touch and a luxurious feel, and while it has the good, slightly rough vintage inlay feel, it becomes even better when prints are applied. The size was finished with a relaxed silhouette. The name placement is based on the original. The prints feature an image of Little Richard from the LET IT ROCK era and the slogan "Viva La Rock." The back features an image of Jerry Lee Lewis, the pianist nicknamed "The Killer."
