This is a vintage Fat Lava ceramic vase from the 1960s-1970s, made in West Germany, with an unknown manufacturer.

Its slender, rising form and gently flaring silhouette towards the mouth emphasize the vertical lines, making it a piece that tightens any space. The lower part features a glossy deep black, while the upper part is adorned with glazes that flow from beige to brown, creating a striking impression with natural gradations and glaze drips.

The accumulated glaze and rough texture convey the characteristic thickness of Fat Lava and the powerful quality typical of West German ceramics from the 1960s to 1970s.

Despite its simple, unadorned shape, the contrast in color and texture stands out, giving it a quiet presence whether it holds flowers or stands as an objet d'art. Although no manufacturer's mark can be confirmed, it is a vintage ceramic vase that beautifully conveys the charm of the Fat Lava style produced in West Germany at the time.

This is a good vintage item with no cracks, chips, or flakes, but as it is a vintage item from the 1960s-1970s, there may be some rubbing, small scratches, or glaze unevenness due to age. Please purchase with the understanding that these are part of its character.

*Vintage items are old, so please purchase them with the understanding that they are used. Also, due to the nature of ceramic material, which has small holes called pores, there is a possibility of water leakage due to deterioration over time. We recommend using it for decorative purposes.

※While we strive to photograph products to be as close to their actual color as possible, please understand that there may be slight differences in color between the actual product and the photos.
