About the Artist
yuyainagawa began creating after encountering the works of French stuffed animal artist Anne-Valerie Dupond.
Each piece is handmade with care, valuing the unique expression of each creation. Stories of materials and people are woven and given form with a single thread. The concept is to foster creation where both the maker and receiver can engage in dialogue through the artwork, imbued with thoughts for the work, the materials, and the moment, rather than being a one-way expression from the maker.
