We have a small team of artisans who are trained on-site in the craft of making leather animals. The leather used by OMERSA is a natural material, and we consider wrinkles and scratches to be part of its character. We do not apply acrylic to the surface, and the finish is made to preserve its natural appearance. Therefore, wrinkles and scratches may be present on the product as part of its natural expression. Also, it is very susceptible to moisture, so if water or moisture gets on it, please wipe it lightly with an old cloth. Preparation for color fading repair: Use a water-based, permanent repair agent. For any dirt, wipe it with a cloth soaked in lukewarm water.
