This is a Fat Lava vase from West Germany, produced in the 1960s-1970s, with an unknown origin.

The beautiful silhouette, with its slender, long neck contrasting with the rounded body, creates a vertical line in the space. The lower part is glazed in a deep dark brown, while the upper part has a grayish texture, with a natural blend at the boundary.

The unique texture created by the thick glaze and the changes in appearance due to firing enhance the distinctive presence of Fat Lava. Its appearance changes depending on how the light hits it, giving it a simple yet profound presence.

It can be used as a single-flower vase, or as an object to accent any space.

While it is a good vintage item with no cracks, chips, or breaks, as it is a vintage item from the 1960s-1970s, there may be some wear, minor scratches, or uneven glaze due to age. Please understand this as part of its vintage character before purchasing.

*Please understand that vintage items are from a bygone era and are pre-owned. Furthermore, due to the nature of ceramic material, there are small pores, which may cause water leakage due to aging. We recommend using this item for decorative purposes only.

*While we strive to photograph product images to be as close to the actual color as possible, please understand that the actual product may differ slightly in color.
