FAT LAVA Vase LAVAMIX2_NR_003_10

Material: Ceramic

This Fat Lava vase, made in West Germany during the 1960s-1970s, is of unknown origin.

Its simple form, with a rounded body and small opening, and the striking glaze that transitions from deep brown to black, make it a truly memorable piece.

Fine horizontal lines adorn the body, creating a subtle three-dimensional effect in combination with the glaze's sheen. The glaze has pooled at the top, leaving traces of lava-like flow, conveying the characteristic strength and organic beauty of Fat Lava.

Despite its minimalist design with minimal ornamentation, the texture of the material and the depth of the glaze stand out, adding a calm accent to any space even with just a single flower. It's also recommended as a decorative object, and it pairs well with mid-century, vintage modern, and industrial interiors.

While this vintage piece is in good condition with no cracks, chips, or breaks, as it is a vintage item from the 1960s-1970s, there may be some signs of age such as minor wear, scratches, and glaze inconsistencies. Please understand the unique characteristics of this item before purchasing.
