We have a small team of skilled craftsmen who are trained on-site in the art of making leather animals. The leather used by OMERSA considers wrinkles and scratches inherent to natural materials as a unique characteristic. The surface is not acrylic-coated, and the finish is kept natural. Therefore, wrinkles and scratches may appear as part of the product's natural expression. Additionally, it is very susceptible to moisture, so if water or moisture gets on it, gently wipe it with an unnecessary cloth. For color fading repair, please use a water-based, permanent repair agent. For any dirt, wipe it with a cloth dipped in lukewarm water.
