---About ES Keramik---
ES Keramik was established in 1921 by Fuss & Emons, producing decorative and industrial ceramics. In 1948, due to the war and economic recovery, the company split, with both operations continuing at the Rheinbach factory. ES Keramik, managed by Josef Emons, focused primarily on artistic ceramics. From 1954 to 1974, Willi Hack led the decoration department, leveraging his experience as a porcelain and glass painter. Hans Kraemer was responsible for shape design from 1952 to 1968, creating 20-25 new designs annually. Although ES Keramik achieved much success, it lagged behind competitors like Scheurich in the production of artistic ceramics. In 1971, celebrating its 50th anniversary with 70 employees, approximately a quarter of its production was exported to countries like Canada and Australia.
ES Keramik's designs are unique, characterized by complex glaze colors. Using white clay, the glaze is applied all the way to the bottom, making marks difficult to read. Model numbers and size indications are usually separated by a hyphen or a slash. Later pieces may have a gold foil label.

*As vintage items are old, please understand that they are pre-owned. If you have any concerns, please refrain from purchasing. Also, we do not inspect items with water inside. Due to the porous nature of ceramics, there is a possibility of water leakage due to deterioration over time.
We recommend using it for decorative purposes.
*It is in good vintage condition with no cracks, chips, or flakes.
Please also note that there may be some color discrepancies between the image and the actual item.
