1960～1970年代、西ドイツで制作された蔵元不明のファットラバ花瓶。
アイボリーを基調とした釉調に、ブラックの釉薬で描かれた渦巻くような装飾が印象的な、造形性の高い一点です。
丸みを帯びた胴体からすっと立ち上がるネック、そして素朴なハンドルを備えたフォルムは、当時の西ドイツ陶器らしいクラフト感と実験的なデザイン性を感じさせます。厚く施された釉薬は部分的に盛り上がり、溶岩（Lava）のような立体感と力強い表情を生み出しています。

This Fat Lava vase, of unknown origin, was made in West Germany during the 1960s-1970s.
With its ivory-based glaze and striking swirling black glaze decoration, this is a highly sculptural piece.
