1960～1970年代に旧東ドイツのVEB Keramische Werke Haldenslebenで制作されたヴィンテージ陶器花瓶。厚みのある釉薬が特徴的なファットラバ様式の一点です。
上部には深みのあるブラウン釉が重なり、下部にはターコイズを帯びた結晶状の釉薬が広がるツートーンの仕上がり。溶岩のように弾ける質感と自然に流れる釉だまりが、ひとつとして同じもののない表情を生み出しています。直線的で安定感のあるフォルムは、当時の東ドイツ陶器らしい無骨さと存在感を感じさせます。
花器としてはもちろん、オブジェとしても空間のアクセントになるデザイン。ミッドセンチュリーやヴィンテージインテリアとの相性も良く、コレクションとしても魅力のある作品です。

1960年代から1970年代にかけてドイツで製造されていた陶磁器のこと。
溶岩(=LAVA)と形容される独特な表面の仕上がりと、ビビッドで発光の良いカラフルな色合いが特徴で、ヨーロッパでは熱心なコレクターが数多く存在しており、日本でも今でもヴィンテージショップやセレクトショップでも注目されることが多いです。

This vintage ceramic vase was produced in the 1960s-1970s by VEB Keramische Werke Haldensleben in former East Germany. It's a distinctive Fat Lava style piece, characterized by its thick glaze.
The upper part features a deep brown glaze, while the lower part has a turquoise-tinged crystalline glaze, creating a two-tone finish. The volcanic, almost molten-like texture and naturally flowing glaze pools give each piece a unique character. The linear, stable form exudes the ruggedness and presence typical of East German ceramics of that era.
It's perfect as a vase, but also makes a striking decorative object. It complements mid-century and vintage interiors well, and is a highly desirable piece for collectors.
