LVMH has reportedly had talks with Ralph Lauren about a potential “acquisition”.

Tiffany & Co.を昨年買収したLVMHにRalph Lauren買収の噂が浮上した。

レポートによると両者は過去2年間にわたって、買収の可能性について議論を重ねている模様。またRalph Lauren CorporationのCOO兼会長であり、創業者のRalph Laurenが、事業の後継者を探しているという情報も浮上している。

 

LVMH acquired Tiffany & Co. last year, however LVMH has reportedly had talks with Ralph Lauren about a potential “acquisition” of the brand.

Sources cited in the report further claim that Ralph Lauren himself is considering succession plan options.

It would be a one of the biggest acquisition in the history, if it will happens.
