The North Face unveiled de Jong customized Safety Vest as the part of TNF Renewed Project.

The North Faceは、TNF Renewed Projectの一環として、Wytze de Jong氏がカスタマイズしたセーフティベストを公開。彼はアムステルダムファッションスクールとRÆBURNでのインターンシップを終えたばかりの若手期待デザイナー。

このベストは、アップサイクル素材を使用して作成、3D形状のリブを特徴としています。de Jong氏は特に、TNFの象徴であるハーフドームのロゴからインスピレーションを得て、リブパネルを作成したという。なお、このジャケットは一点もので、販売されることはない。

 

The North Face unveiled de Jong customized Safety Vest as the part of TNF Renewed Project. The North Face gave opportunity young designer Wytze de Jong to create up-cycled product. He just finished Amsterdam Fashion Institute and a RÆBURN internship.

This vest is made from up-cycled materials and features 3D shapes. de Jong specifically took inspiration from The North Face's iconic Half Dome logo for these ribbed panels.

This jacket is one of one and won't ever be sale.
