adidas has agreed to sell Reebok to Authentic Brands Group Inc. for $2.5 Billion USD.

アディダスは、2006年に36億ドルで買収をしたReebokをAuthentic Brands Group Inc.に25億ドルで売却することが明らかになった。

ボストンを拠点とするAuthentic Brands Group Inc.は、Barneys、FOREVER 21、Brooks Brothersなど30以上のブランドを傘下に収めている。

この買収は、2022年の第1四半期中に完了する予定となっている。

adidas originally purchased Reebok in 2006 for $3.6 Billion USD.

Boston based company Authentic Brands Group Inc. has more than 30 brands under them including Barneys, FOREVER 21, and Brooks Brothers.

This deal is expected to close during the first quarter of 2022.
