DIESELやMAISON MARGIELAを擁するOTBのRenzo Rosso会長が、Meier夫妻が手掛けるJIL SANDERの獲得を目論んでいると噂が浮上。現在Jil Sanderは、Onward Holdingsが所有している。また情報が入り次第、更新致します。

OTBがOnward Holdingsより100% Jil Sanderを買収したことを発表。オンワードは、新型コロナウィルスの感染拡大などの影響を受け、不採算事業の縮小や撤退を行っており、不採算となっているジルサンダー S.p.A.事業を譲渡することがグローバル事業構造改革の観点から最善の選択であると判断したとコメントしている。(3/6更新)

OTB has officially announced that it has acquired 100 percent of JIL SANDER from Japanese fashion conglomerate Onward Holdings.
